From a simple manual to a fully integrated packing line, we have the knowledge and expertise to tailor a solution to all our customers' precise specifications.

Mechanical design 
With a team of over 20 highly skilled, forward thinking design engineers, each with many years experience in the food industry and an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the modern food manufacturer, Proseal's products are designed using state of the art 3D modelling software and in house tooling for a fast turnaround service. 

Systems design
Our team of systems engineers design our equipment to create a fully integrated turnkey production line.

From our headquarters in the UK, via internet connection with our equipment, we are able to remotely monitor and diagnose faults anywhere in the world.

Manufacture
All Proseal machines are manufactured at our Cheshire based factory. We have the latest high speed CNC machine tool manufacturing facility enabling us to offer our customers fast turnaround times as well as allowing us to offer a same day dispatch service for non-stock parts. We also make our own blades using our CNC blade bending machine for consistent quality and 24 hour delivery. 

Assembly
The assembly line at Proseal is where the machines are built by highly experienced fitters and electrical engineers to the highest standards.

They then pass through a vigorous pre-delivery inspection and testing regime before being dispatched to the customer.
